I like Jay Robb shakes. All their flavors are good, plus they use Stevia for a little sweetness. They also have some good supplements too!

Love it! That helped, thanks!

Make spaghetti but use spaghetti squash instead of pasta. Find a good sauce where the numbers aren't too bad.

I kind of like robinxhope's idea about relabeling your meal names. Maybe go with set times instead. Example for a normal day would be: Wake-up - 10am; 10am - noon; noon - 2pm; 2pm - 4pm; 4pm - 6pm; and 6pm - bedtime. You would adust times to fit your eating patterns. I've worked swing shifts and grave yard shifts in my…

You need to make your diary open to the public. It won't be viewable to the public unless you put a checkmark by it and save

Google Polar F17 and find Polar website. They will have videos that will help a lot. Oops! Someone beat me to it.

Please take this with a grain of salt because I’m not looking to upset anyone. Here is my take on your subject: She has every right to cook whatever she wants in her own home. Is she making the desserts to sabotage your weight goals? Maybe she is or maybe she’s not. The bottom line is that she isn’t forcing the desserts…

Why do we binge eat? Posted on May 27, 2009 by Kimberly Russell There are only 2 possibilities for eating past hunger: 1) you’re not getting enough nutrients from the foods you eat. If this is true, your cravings will be for very particular food groups and will often come with other health problems like light headedness,…

Here is a good read on Fats that might help: What Are Healthy Fats to Eat? X Shelly McRaeShelly McRae is a freelance writer residing in Phoenix, Ariz. Having earned an associate degree from Glendale Community College with a major in graphic design and technical writing, she turned to online writing. McRae has written…

Yes we have fastfood restaurants on every corner, just like we have a food/Mart that sells junk in every gas station. Go to any grocery store and you'll find the same stuff there too. We can blame whom ever we want but what it comes down to is taking responsibility for what we put in our mouths. It's all about making the…

One of the keys to success is logging your food in your diary! You can start doing that now. By the time you start you'll have an idea where you can start tweaking your diary. Make sure you log everything! I saw a great quote on here that I now call my golden rule,"you bite it, you write it". Good luck on your journey…

It's Thanksgiving! Eat what you want! Enjoy your family and your meal. Just remember the golden rule "you bite it, you write it". I can already smell the stuffing

This is a pretty good read, which might help you understand another reason why we binge. I copied it from a site one time but can't remember where: A key component to achieving optimal health and fat burning is stable blood sugar. Your brain can only burn glucose (blood sugar). Your brain cannot store glucose. Therefore,…

I wouln't sweat it! Just tweak the serving amount so it lines up with which ever one you think is correct. Good luck!

I'm a huge believer in accountability. My take on it is that if you had to go to weigh in once a week or once a month and if money wasn't an issue I would keep WW's because having to go weigh in in front of someone keeps you motivated to lose weight. If you're not weighing in at WW's then I say dump it too. Have a good…

Try Nature Sweet cherry tomatoes ! The whole container is about 10 oz and around 70 calories. Maybe it's because I've been off sugar for day 10 days but they sure taste sweet to me! LOL!

Interesting! You shouldn't be hungy and that's not good. You might want to experiment by exchanging certain foods that you eat with other foods that would make you feel full. You've been very successful and have lost a ton of weight so I'm sure you'll figure it out! Wish I was at my maintenance weight! nice problem to have…

That's a huge loss, congratulations! You should be very proud of yourself. Stay on track and good luck to you.

I wasn't always heavy but shot up in my late 40's. I've probably lost thousands of pounds of the last 23 years but took it serious after my dad had a stroke a few years ago and now has a hard time walking. I went from around 282 down to 229 in a year then let myself go again and have shot back up to 270. Just joined and…

Went to exercises under cardio and entered pushing stroller. It popped up. Enter 30 min and showed 154 calories burned. Don't know how accurate but better than nothing

I wouldn't worry about gaining muscle yet until you've hit your desired weight. You'll still lose weight by keeping the amount of calories you eat under control. I would use your strenght training sessions more like a cardio session. You do this my doing curcuit training with lighter weights, higher reps, and short rests…

Open it up! Don't stress out over someone telling you something the wrong way. I think you'll find more positive and helpful replys than nasty ones. It's the only way we can tell what's up with your meal plan. I just started and just opened mine up to the public. Go for it!
