I bought one yesterday and used it for the first time today. I had a lot of trouble using it. It connected fine and everything but the instruction booklet did not give details on how to use everything so I have to figure it out on my own. Any tips/pointers that can help? I'm really confused!

I have one. Go to Polar USA website and you can see instructions. I can answer specific questions for you, too.0
