I think this is working as intended. When Pilar pushes the workout to MFP, calories are being subtracted based to prevent double counting. MFP gives you credit for being alive. A 60 minute workout may yield 600 calories burned but sitting on the couch could also burn 60. So the net difference would be 540. Interestingly,…

I didn't figure that out until you said you were going to go test it. That is when I had the light bulb go off and tried it on the website. I posted that giving you credit but again with so many people worrying that I was trying to kill myself it probably got missed. Anyhoo thanks for the help!

1. Gross is total net is total - exercise. If I don't exercise they are both the same. 2. If that is the case I totally get it. Maybe they changed it to 1400 but didn't change the wording. Because it still says 1200 3. I typically do. this is fun!

Make sure you are eating enough. I ate my calories back all the way through. I know there is a big debate on here whether or not to do that but I just think it depends on the individual.
