Sounds accurate. I personally only log actual exercising. For me logging stuff that really is just daily routine stuff feels like I am cheating myself. Look at it like this. If you don't log that stuff and go off actual exercise vs food intake it makes for a decent buffer. I don't like to pad the numbers at all. I always…

1. Stick with it. 2. Be honest with yourself. 3. Overestimate calories and underestimate workouts. 4. Be patient. It took over 20 years (depending on age) to put the weight on. It will not come off over night. 5. Take the information in slowly. Just concentrate on the calorie deficit for now. Work your way into the ins and…

I am a really picky eater and a horrible cook. I struggle with my sodium. I eat a lot of processed crap and I really need to cut back. The beauty of this post is 2 months ago I would have had no clue what my sodium intake was.

As long as your net calories are at or below your goal you should see results.(Barring medical issues)

This means if you reach your target goal everyday whether you eat your calories burned back or not you should lose roughly the amount of weight you set your goals to. Remember Starvation mode is somewhat…

Keep it simple. Eat less calories than you burn. The health benefits of losing weight will outweigh the bad foods you eat. Worry about tweaking your diet when you are closer to your goal. I feel one of the biggest motivation killers is over complicating the process. Just my 1.5 cents. :)
