I remember that I used to eat less during summer... In Beijing. Well, at least less fatty food, and drank more alcohol hihi Back in Canada, I do eat less than during winter, but still 1200 and over... Try to aim 1200 at least!

As for me, I often pass over my proteins and fiber goals. (fibers everyday, proteins a times a week) I'm not any kind of doctors, but from what i understand, this isn't a problem!

I am a hourglass, pretty well proportionned, and I lost tummy first, then hips. Hardest to lose: THIGHS!!!
