I've just lost 35 lbs -- most of it in the last 2 months. I'm at 270ish lbs atm, and looking to lose an even 100 off that if my body thinks its possible. Anyone in a similar boat feel free to add me!

i don't think of it as cheating. Its all about moderation. I had a donut today, but everything else was pretty on point. If I had like a burger and fries or something, I would be mindful how i felt before dinner to see what my body is telling me to eat. Usually its salad or a clear soup or something.
