I'm gluten intolerant and I do eat gluten occasionally. Although I CANNOT tolerate any pasta. I get mildly bloated from small amounts of gluten.

This sounds like gas. If I eat pasta I get this and sometimes it lasts all night. It can be incredibly painful. Gas can cause some pretty atrocious cramping. Try increasing your fluid intake. Yes increase in fibre will do this. Fibre is harder to digest and keeps you feeling full longer. If you are eating a lot of raw food your body may be adjusting. I would suggest following advice like in Natalia Rose book "raw food life force energy" She recommends an ease into things. I make my own cereal with them. Serving size is 4 tbsp so super quick to eat on the go. I put about 1/8c milk with them let it sit for 10 minutes and eat like cold porridge.

Egg whites and cottage cheese are also loaded with protein. I have a hemp protein powder but its gritty too. I caved and have a whey protein. I just wish it had regular sugar in it. I haven't found one yet with more natural ingredients.

I increased my fibre goals to accommodate this. You can increase how many grams to eat each day. Sugar wise it's hard on MFP because it would be nice to have a break down of refined sugar VS sugar you get from fruit. I almost always seem to go over the MFP sugar goal. I just increased it. I have an Omega 8004. Don't get a centrifugal type juices. The masticating ones have so much less waste. I have so little waste from my juices. It's always very dry pulp too.
