The past two day I've been showing the steps, but not getting calorie credit. Help!

I run before I eat anything, which I've heard is bad, but I eat some dry cereal as I commute to work.

I have to get up before everyone else and get in a run while it is still dark out. I am NOT motivated to work out unless I do it first thing in the morning. In your situation, though, I would definitely find a gym near work and go that route.

I can really relate to this. My husband brought my son to a 5K I ran last year and when I crossed the finish line Jack threw he hands in the air and cried out "Mommy Won!" Several hundred people crossed the finish line before I did that day, but I certainly felt like I had won.

And if at all possible, breastfeed the baby (if you do turn out to be pregnant). I lost my pregnancy weight very quickly by nursing my son. Breastfeeding burns up to 500 calories a day!
