I took yesterday off of exercise because they kicked my butt at physical therapy on Monday, and I was hurting all day yesterday. I plan on being back at it tonight!!

Good evening! 1203 calories burned tonight at Jazzercise...I did two classes in a row. I had the day off to take care of some business, which I finished early, so I got to go early to Jazzercise and stayed for my regular class too. :) Go Team Skinny!!

854 calories burned for me and toward Team Skinny today, total including the ones I posted about earlier from walking. That's the walking, the Jazzercise and I also came home and mowed my front lawn (in the dark) with my push mower. Definintely worked up a sweat doing that!! Whew!! Thanks guys! Yeah, I don't wanna beat my body up too badly at this point...I still need it to get me through several more decades, God willing. Besides, that's how I hurt myself in the first place, by pushing too hard and being competitive.
