Hi! I'm checking in this morning at 165.8! That's down 1.8 from last Monday morning. I'm glad we weigh in on Mondays, it helps me to stay more on track over the weekend. I've normally been one to kind of take the weekend off and try to make up for it over the week, which is not really the best way to go.

Hmmm...I don't have a pedometer. I wonder if I would get more miles if I could count all my steps per day? I'm going to check into that pedometer app for my phone. Good morning and thanks for the birthday wishes!! I think I posted last night in the other forum that my weight was 169. I did get out this morning and go walking/running but I'll be doing more at lunch today so I'll wait to post that. :) Thank you so much for being in charge of this group! Good morning!! So, my starting weight was 169 pounds...I didn't keep track of the 10ths of pounds then.... But now I am! My weight this morning was 167.6. So down 1.4 pounds. Not bad!! Not as much as I need to conquer the challenge though! I'm hoping it'll pick up as I fine-tune my weight loss efforts. Have a great day…
