My Day 2 (2/14) Leslie Sansone one mile walking tape this morning! Plan to get in 30 minutes on the treadmill and continue increasing water intake.

Day 1. This challenge is a perfect way for me to get focused and comes at a great time, during Lent. I plan on walking the treadmill for thirty minutes and keep within my calorie range. Increase water intake.
