Everyone is doing such a great job! Sorry, I didn't get a chance to get into the forums yesterday. I found out I have an allergy to amoxicillin... and that was inconvenient, but I still managed to get some activity in.
Here's what I did:
Yesterday (Day 3):
40 min of walking 3.5 mph
Bowling for 90 min
Today (Day 4):
Calisthenics for 20 min

Today is my "rest day" since I work really late so no big workouts

Day 4: 2/15
Didn't sleep last night. Had a fight with the bf. I'm feeling really down. Made it to work, but didn't go to the gym. Requesting a half day. If I get my half day then:
1. Hours at the gym this afternoon.
-Elliptical
-Cardiowave
-C 2 5K running on the track
-any classes they have going on
2. Therapy appointment

Day 4: 30 day shred completed. Have had a very hectic week, still have a lot to do in the next couple of days. Would have been easy to skip the workout today....but I didn't! I fought through the entire time.0

Today was a REST day according to my running schedule but I got up and had some energy.

Went for a 0.87 mile walk yesterday on my lunch break. Only made it 18 minutes as we had shortened lunch breaks, but will make up the 2 minutes today0

Today was a wonderful day for me!!
I had a lovely lie in (always helps!) whilst my hubby took my little lad swimming, then I went and walked into town to do some shopping and carried a load of bags up a steep hill home, LOL!
I was well restrained at lunch having just an egg mayo (lite) wrap and a few of my boys crisps and then afterwards we went to the park for a few hours. We went for a good walk and played some football (soccer) and came home to a delicious dinner of roast chicken and roasted Mediterranean vegetables, before having a 40 minute workout on my elliptical, so I'm feeling mighty gooood!!0 -

I keep forgetting to post! Yesterday was my day 4, and I did NROLFW stage 4, workout A2. There are a lot more members than there are posts!0
