  • I absolutely have to track, I have to keep myself accountable or my brain plays the "its just a few bites, how can it make a real impact?" game...I do not recognize hunger or satiated cues...so pre measuring and logging keeps me honest about what I am eating.
  • Solo mom of 6 here, work full time, it plays a huge role in weight loss and exercise. I do not get adequate sleep and anytime I'm not working I have a whole troop of tiny people relying on me for survival, I do not have a village so there isn't an option of going to the gym and leaving them for an hour or 2 a few days a…
  • It doesn't phase me because it belongs to my children, but if it was leftover from passing out candy then id struggle...weird that things that i buy specifically for them doesn't stress me...mind over matter I guess...
  • I would love to connect! I am a solo mama of 6 ranging from 20(next month) to 5.5 months old. Work full time and breastfeed, so up every hour all night, I totally get too busy to even sleep let alone make time for myself!

  • I'm here! I'm just starting back out after having my baby girl in May. honestly its been a struggle to get going again due to just the mere lack of time being a solo mom to 6 kids and working full time. its so much easier to grab pizza on the way home then it is to meal prep. My day starts at 5 am ends...well never since…
  • Id love to support you on your journey, and any help I can get on mine is more than welcome, just be gentle, im just starting again to regain control of my life and my soul is a little crushed at the moment.

  • I dont think so but maybe we can make it be again? I know I need it, the support, the accountability...from others who actually get it. someone who is working on the like 15-20 pounds overweight they are cannot understand what its like to need to lose to save your own life. ammiright?
  • I really struggle too when there is no sign that what your doing diet wise is working, like even an oz or two difference would at least show me that I am moving in the right direction...like something, anything should be happening, right??
  • Oh i hope you get some reply's I would love to know too, after 90 lb weight loss, I am so proud of myself until I see myself naked...ugh
