Congrats on the weight loss! Keep up the great work:)

It's me, my oldest son and my husband before my son's graduation this past June.

When I started running, I "ran" at a speed of 4.0. It took some time, but I recently ran my first 10 minute mile! I am slowly getting better.

You look great and the dresses are so pretty! Great job getting into a 4!
-
That's great! Just keep at it. I fully understand about it being hard to stick with it. I always seemed to have that problem. But once you start noticing results, it will become easier and easier.

Great job!

I agree, you're undereating.

I am 37 and it took me 7-8 months to lose 50 lbs. I did/do a lot of cardio. Since I have always carried a lot of my weight in my hips, thighs, and butt, I started running. That seemed to have helped a lot.

Great job and keep uo the great work!

I was 19, 21, 25, and 34 when I had each of mine. I suggest waiting too. Although I love each of my kids dearly, I regret giving up the things I had to by having kids so early.

Great job! And such a big difference!

Those are my reasons too! On a side note, my son just graduated high school last week. He sent some of the pictures to his girlfriend who lives out of state. Her family was drilling her about "the girl" in his his pictures and why he was taking so many pictures with his female friend (that they assumed was graduating with…

YES!!!! I have always had bigger thighs and a big butt (ever since I was a baby to be perfectly honest.). I have noticed that since I started running, I have trimmed down my thighs a great deal. I dont feel like I have saddlebags like I use to have. I still have a little way to go, however, there has been a huge…

I think you look good. You have nothing to worry about.

Mine is of me, my son, and my husband right before my son's high school graduation.
-
Great job! You look fabulous!

Neither does mine.

I am taking the course too, but I just started a couple of weeks ago. It's a lot to take in. What I have been doing for the Anatomy, as I read through the chapters, any time I read about a body part, bone or muscle, I find myself pointing to that part on my body.

Make sure there are a lot of fresh fruits and veggies as sides and if you feel you need to eat, grab those. You can always make yourself a turkey dog (which are really good) or a turkey burger (also delish), but only allow yourself one.

A good friend of mine started at over 300 lbs and she swears by any of the Richard Simmons videos. She also walks A LOT.

From what I understand, the key is to lose slowly. I know everyone wants the weight gone as soon as possible, but if you lose at a slow and steady pace, you are more likely not to have the loose skin.

Great job!

I understand the need to weigh yourself multiple times per day. I use to do it and sometimes still do. I agree with everyone when they say pick a time of day whether it's the morning or night and stick with that as your actual weigh in time. I prefer morning since I know I won't be weighed down by food. If you feel the…

Ijust deided the other day not to pay attention to the scale any more. My goal was to get down to 135 and wear a size 8 comfortably. The past few months I have been bouncing between 141-144, but I can wear a size 6 and I bought a dress that is a size 4! And yes, I can get into it! I probably look better than I did 15 years…

I lost it by just keeping track of what I eat and busting my butt at the gym. There have been quite a few ups and downs along the way, but I have been sticking with it and refuse to give up.

Amazing results!

I love Australian accents!

Feel free to me too. I do what I can to help everyone.

Cardio seems to be helping me. I have four kids, so I fully understand the belly pooch. Mine is a lot smaller than it use to be, but I don't think it will fully go away (mine, not necessarily yours). My tummy has been toning up quite a bit, however, I have notices when I am doing pushups, planks, or other exercises of that…
