Obviously it's working for you so I wouldn't let them get under your skin. They are probably jealous because you are losing the weight you want. The amount of calories you are consuming really isn't a lot considering your workouts and all the walking you do . They obviously don't understand the whole weight loss concept.…

I am currently doing Insanity, but have not done P90X (yet). From what I have heard from other people, Insanity is much harder to do. However P90X is better if you're looking to do strength training.

Congratulations on your progress so far! Please don't say you have "only" lost 17 lbs. It's a loss and it should be celebrated. Losing inches are just as good since you are able to wear smaller size jeans. Keep up the great work!

I worked out this morning, I did an Insanity dvd (day 24) followed by a one mile run.

Give it some time. A lot of people expect results right away and that just doesn't always happen. Keep staying under your calories and working out and you will soon start seeing results.

I love the Steelers too, but Ben looks like a scuz. Brady is just as ugly. If I HAD to chose, I'd take Ben though. He can at least take a hit and keep going where as Brady is a freakin whiny *kitten* B****.

My husband eats whatever he wants and, like yours, loves to cook with salt and oil. It drives me nuts. I will empty it off my plate and tell him he knows I usually don't eat fried food or ever add salt to my foods. He usually gets a little ticked, but too bad.

Definitely drink more water. It will help. Also, maybe take a day or two off from working out. Your body needs a rest. It sounds like (and I could be wrong) that your workout routine is basicly the same thing every week. If that's the case, change it up. I am in my 4th week! I am so glad I have stuck with it. I have tried it before only to give up anywhere from day 3 to week 6. I am determined to stick with it this time.
