  • Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't checked in a lot for the last 2 challenges but I have been super busy. I promise to do better this week! I strength train everyday so this is good. I want to start a new goal weight for the next two weeks. SW: 280 GW at the end of 4 weeks: 265

  • awww i had to have fast food today too. I always end up feeling bad but I just tell myself that we all cheat every now and then and its okay. It'll just make me work even harder tomorrow.

  • Hey everyone! I was wondering if it's bad to go over the amount of protein you are supposed to eat. It seems like no matter how much I try and monitor it, i'm always going over.
  • Question for everyone. I am logging my food and I noticed that you guys only have to eat like 1500 calories a day. Mine is saying I should be eating close to 2300 and I wondered how. 2300 seems like so much to eat in one day and i dont know how to do it. How did you guys get your calories down so low?
  • Count me in! I'm at about 270 and I want to be at about 135.
  • I think that is a good idea. I try once or twice a week to incorporate something other than the shred into my workout, just to mix it up and keep my body going too. Hmm once I get a little better at level 3, i'm thinking doing all 3 levels at once might not be so bad.
  • Your welcome :happy: ... I actually moved up to level 3 early. I wasn't supposed to move up until Thursday (assuming you do the 10 days on each level) but I wanted to give myself time to adjust to the moves so the last 10 days I can actually do the entire level start to finish.
  • I found that the cardio and abs were a lot easier than level 2. In one of the circuits the cardio is the same as level 1 and 2 but with the hand weights. The abs is sit-ups and and some other moves that are relatively easy. I found that the last ab move was hard but I was able to push through it. The strength was harder…
  • So I did level 3 for the first time today and I must say it is harder than level 2 but it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I managed to push through it and finished it. It seems like it will get easier. Has anyone else tried level three?
  • Okay so I weighed myself this morning and either my scale is broken or i'm doing something right lol. According to my scale i'm down almost 18 lbs from about a week and a half ago, but to me that just doesn't seem possible. But the scale I am using is also old, so i'm going to invest in a new one and update it.
