  • I would say before and after pictures are actually an eye opener. I had lost about 40 pounds since last year. I started to notice it after taking pictures and trying to use old clothes, they don't fit me at all and makes me feel so small., like "where is the other me? This is too big" :p Taking pictures really helps.
