I add some frozen fruit to mine and put it in the blender, it great for breakfast and i work out in the mornings so its there for after my workout. They make a great snack too for in the afternoon.

my weights are 3 pounds each, I also have 5 pound wights but haven't felt brave enough.

My underarms and quads were sooooooooooo sore yesterday! Woke up today and there was just a twinge. Did my D3 L1 after working this morning, and my arms are shakey. I would say it is getting easier but it is still very difficult for me. glad to have another day done!

Day 2 done on Level 1. Went way better than yesterday!!! I am most challenged by the push ups and the bicycle crunches. good job all!! keep it up!

that is great I have no problem filling them out as we go along, I have never used google doc. but its always good to learn something new. I honselty think it would be easier to just have each person fill it in as we go thru the month. What is everyone else thinking, please let us know.

I find that my stride is very different on the treadmill compared to outside. I like the comfort of being indoors but running is more difficult step wise for me on the treadmill, running outside is more difficult in general, colder air, temp, wind, rain, snow , sleet....and its just harder.

Well I completed Level 1 and Day 1. WOW! I really do hope it gets easier, cause I'm really struggling. On the plus side I love that Jillian is constantly reminding us how to do the steps properly so I'm not worried about doing them wrong and getting no results. I don't remember exactly what the routine was but I think it will be a comfort thing. I am also gonna start on level one for day one tomorrow and was thinking maybe at the 3 week mark I would try and be ready for level 2. It depends on the individual person as well though.

I took before pictures today too!!! Funny how we all think alike! :smile: posting the pictures is a big step outta my comfort zone but I am really hoping it will keep me motivated to keep working at this challenge because I can see the result even if I don't necessarily feel it or see it on the scale.
