I used circuit training general and put it in for 20 minutes, seemed to work for me, rather than trying to find or add each individual exercise.

Congrats! that is terrific! you can be so proud of yourself, you have come so far and what a great achievement.

Congratulations!!!

What if you alternated nights to cook? or try cooking/shopping together. My hubby is super skinny, he has a very physically demanding job. I tend to make chicken and hamburger and I have the same set of recipes that I cook from too. I try to rotate them and make special meals every once and a while. The best part is, he…

I am 5'10" and when I started MFP (again) about 3 weeks ago I weighed in at 227.8 My goal is 174 and then I will work down from there. My calorie intake through MFP when I started was 1500. I work out some everyday. I usually eat back the majority of my calories and I have been able to loose 10 pounds in this amount of…

bump, this is a great pick me up and a true reminder of the struggles but the ending victory!

way to go ladies keep it up! I stuck with level 1 for another 10 days and I 'm looking forward to level 2 for the last 10 days!! woot! woot! kepp up the great work.

try taking measurements, you may be toning and loosing inches rather than weight?
-
I did that last night, and it seems like they are having fun but is still a really hard workout. a bit intimidating but there is an easier version to ease you into the new moves. I still think I am going to stay on level 1 for a little bit longer.
-
Done!!! really pushed hard today and made it. I even added 5 pound weights to two of the moves, one with the rowing, and the chest fly. I could feel the change throughout my whole workout. WOHOO! Lets keep it up. I don't think I am going to move to level 2 I think I still have a lot to accomplish on level 1!
-
I can see a difference too!!! congrats, gives me hope!!!
-
way to go!!! I noticed today on the dvd even Natalie takes a break on the lunges!!! watch closely and you can see she just lifts weights at one point without the lunge!! keep up the awesome work.

I've am one day behind and i thought about doing a catch up as well but cant seem to make up my mind. I agree as long as you do try as often as you can limiting once per day you should be good. Maybe go for an extra walk our something to make up for missing out.

I had a sore lower back when I started too and I just blamed it on the crunches. I'm done today too, feels great! I missed yesterday and I was very irritated with myself. I really enjoy the rest of my day a lot better having the workout done.

you will want to read the topic SO gutted! its all about a knee injury. maybe you can compare what you are feeling to that case.
-
I was having the same issue, I stayed under my calories just to loose weight because the scale wasn't moving in the right direction. finally to see if anything was changing I got out the measuring tape! I have lost inches!!!! mostly in my waist and chest. The total so far is maybe 3 inches, not exactly sure, so I know it…

I have a really hard time working out at a gym, I am my own personal cheerleader. At a gym there is no one telling you to do one more or that you are almost done, it is all on you! so give a grunt or a shout out. But I find it less embarrassing for myself to work out at home, so I can pant to my hearts content and belt out…

I struggle most with my jeans not fitting right, the waist is to tight but the thigh fits just right our the waist is just right but the crotch on my jeans is never ending...ugh! but when I do find a pair that fit, even though by booty has gotten bigger, it can look pretty sweet in the right pair of jeans. :blushing: at…

your hard work was not for nothing, you can still stay on track! I'm sure you felt very different on day 5, 6, and 7, compared to your day 1. Hang in there, we will be here for you during those ten days of recuperation, some days staying on track with my calories is hard enough let alone trying to be motivated enough for a…
