I don't use MFP's suggested calories for maintaining my weight because I simply cannot eat that much in a day! I fluctuate a few pounds from week to week but never go over my "goal weight" as I was underweight to begin with. You need to eat more for starters. Given the calories you're taking in, you're probably not getting nutritional balance either.

It's possible but to narrow things, you should weigh at the same time every day. They say the best time to weigh is first thing in the morning, after your morning potty. :)

I have the fitbit flex and love it! I got a cheaper one and returned it 2 days later; the software didn't work right at all. Fitbit syncs with my phone and on the website. It's helping me narrow down sleep issues as well.

I got the FitBit Tracker and like it so much better than relying on the stuff MFP says. I've googled for comparison and it seems MFP is off but is a general; doesn't take in your age, weight, etc.

You may not be eating enough and that will stall results. Also, try to eat some protein in the morning to kick start your metabolism. I have protein shakes now but before would even have peanut butter just for the protein before I'd leave for work. My old supervisor did the peanut butter trick too and it helped us both.
