  • however bbq can be great, much better than meal out.. the meat is usually undressed and what is on there will drip off, you can choose lean pieces like chicken, and theres always salad. xx

  • maybe make it NOT the focus for a bit. carry on excersize but just try healthy choices.. maybe try something new like horse riding, buy some new books, get baking.. give yourself a lease of something new to occupy you, then maybe in a few wks the weight will be shifting again and your not focusing onit so much... occupy…

  • A BMI of 16 gets you hospitalised in this country for anorexia!! 170? 47kg? you cant hold on to a child size body and be healthy. i dont buy it your periods will stop, hair will fall out. unless your naturally tiny, in which case i doubt youd have got to what you are now.

  • hmmm, i do this all the time.... the biggest thing ive learnt is.... its actually your determination for the next day that matters.. we all have bad days wks or months or yrs, but its the waking up and thinking i still want to lose weight and eat healthy... the good days will outweigh the bad inthe end its just starting…
  • plus... binging, not A GOOD HABIT TO BE DEVELOPING, DONT GO ANY FURTHER DOWN THAT ROUTE, its a slippery slop and a cycle, try and up your cals before its ingrained!

  • ince a wk is wayyy enough.. your bodies cycles of water retention etc are so sensitive, even then a gain can be a non gain, as youll see when one wk its like 5 pounds :) it can be a yay thing, but moslty it doesnt reflect properly on your progress, id advise using atape measure for your hips waist and thighs instead :)…

  • i agree with the above lady, three workouts of that intensity a week on 1200 a day!!! omg no wonder you dont feel full! even sedentary you can lose weight on 1500 a day if you stick at it, thats the amounts for slimming world etc and its still good wqeight loss. i see lots of girls on here excersizing like mad, eating 1200…
