i agree.. those guys are talking bs... low resting metabolism is CAUSED by undereating!!! you can get down to only needing 500 if you really go at it! eek. sound like you need some metabolism repair big time.. 2000 i would do for about 6 months.. def.. get it back up on schedule!! xxx

i get all competetive and like watch me now you idiots... and pump the treadmill full blast, last time i did that when there were a load of grannies and grandads visiting the gym for elderly fitness. and they were staring so hard and i was like yeah... to them i must be a marathon runner :))

i get what your saying. when you exercise loads its hard to keep up with eating that high amount. look at runner etc struggle, they always lose their bust too and menstruel cycle quite often goes. my friend is an athlete and climber.. he would often eat a whole loaf of bread with jam for lunch inthe hills.. and the dinner…

i soo agree with you... less than 1200 a day protein shakes and bars... i mean thats not naturall.. how can we expect a natural shape from it? they are designed by companies that want you to buy it then want you to keep on buying it! why not shape it as something you "need" post workout rather than water and healthy carbs?…

i would guess its a reaction to the binging wks.. you feel bloated for ages afterward and genuinly dont feel hungry.. the body goes into a fewer cals week or so.. im on one now.. im just not hungry and forcing 1500 isnt going to work . but as a regular thing... nahs def try and eat more xxx

i agree with you. some people work by having structure and rigidity and outside consequence. others (like me!!) FREAK OUT at all of that and end up eating more than i did before the diet. and binging randomnely when i spent yrs trying to repair metabolism and eating habits after uni skinny damage. once the pressure is off…
