ok .. Mr Nevahappy. Weigh 200lbs and im 42ish .. but my mind says im 15!

aim is to lose 15lbs .. by exercise .. think im fairly unfit? and healthy eating .. trying to hit around 1000 to 1200 cals per day! Heavy on the protein and low ish on the the carbs and fat! So its mainly fish and eggs plus veg of course.

been on the health kick for 4 days and sticking well about 1000 cals
