The biggest benefit I have had with hot yoga/pilates is that is makes me very conscious about what I'm putting in my body before and after class. Also - my Pilates classes are 45 minutes each. For runs I do 1 30 minute run, 1 40 minute run, and 1 50 minute run. My spin classes are an hour each (w/ 10 minutes dedicated to warm up+warm down)

I started doing Pilates about a month ago and I'm addicted! I go 3 times a week, and combine that with 3 runs and 2 spin classes per week as well. So, 5 cardio workouts and 3 pilates! I will go to yoga 2 times per week MAX, usually just Sunday night as a way to relax, so I don't really count that in my exercise regimen! I…
