My suggestion - up your callories back to where MFP tells you to be at, change up your cardio or increase your cardio and eat half of your exercise calories back. Don't eat less than 1200 caloires. I log it. I feel that it's important to be honest - it helps to keep you accountable for your over eating, lack of exercise - what ever it may be. I logged a gain this week. Not the end of the world.

I make a Nerf Brownie. LOL One egg (or egg whites and 1 TBSP apple sauce) 1 TBSP water I scoop protein powder 1 TBSP natural peanut butter Mix all really well in a large coffee mug. Microwave for 45-60 seconds depending on your microwave. Mine come out with the texture of a Nerf ball. But not too bad tasting.

I cook fresh almost every night and for the most part three meals a day on the weekends. I don't have any issues counting the calories. You just need to be more creative when you look in the data base.

If I had the money I would get them in a heart beat! I'm barley an A and I'm 5'10"! I 'm just a tad out of whack with my proportions. But - I do agree that you might want to wait until after kids (if you plan on having them) - but that is totally up to you!

I stopped using mine. I was getting too OCD about it and I felt that it was taking away from my work out. I had the watch type. I guess if you go with the chest strap sytle you're good to go.
