I only wear the chest strap during my cardio activities. Eating back calories or not has 200 post about. it depends on your goals. Some do, some dont. Try both and see what works best for you and your body.

Put more effort into the exercising than the math. 300-400 calories. Not that big of a difference. A tablespoon of peanut butter.... Put your base info into MFP - enter your food and exercise honestly and the process will work.

I stopped using one almost a year ago. I was focusing too much on the number and not on the exercise. If you do get one, spend some money and get one with a chest strap.

It depends on what your goal is. If you just want to lose weight its simple, calories you burn needs to be greater than the calories you digest. If you want to be healthy and change your lifestyle so you don't put all the weight back on, lower your risk of heart attack, stoke, diabetes, cut out the crap food. Good luck!…

I'm on day 26. It's the same as any other 12 week program. You're going to get out if it what you put into it! So far I like it. Day 29 starts phase two for me.
