I cook with it all the time. I don't "fry" with it. Sautee.... If it goes in the pan, I add the calories.

I am working my abs like I do every other muscle group that I work out. I focus on them a little more to provide some core strength to help with my other lifting. Do you think it's better to do them every day? And what I mean by that is in attition to my leg, back, chest, arm, etc. work outs? Or 2-3 times a week. Or…

Silly me - I thought push ups were a chest exercise... I do them on chest day, not arm day.....

Please do not tell someone that muscle weighs more than fat. A pound is a pound is a pound. ton of feathers = a ton of bricks....
-
I hightly doubt that you have added 2 pounds of muscle mass in two weeks. That is a lot of muscle to build. I would assume that it's either water weight or fat weight. Not to offend anyone. People have to bust their butts to put on muscle - and I'm pretty sure that the Shred isn't enough for that. (Yes, I have done 30DS…

From what I understand women with PCOS need to stay at 1200 to see any weight loss. A friend just got this news from her doc yesterday.

Be careful when eating your exercise calories. I found that when I used my HRM it was higher than what I was actually burning. Unless you are wearing a chest strap I would only use the numbers the HRM is giving you as a guideline. And make sure that your portion size is on. I would suggest only eating back 1/2 of your…

Just like exercise needs dedication, so does the diet part. You need to work at it. It doesn't come over night. It's a matter of walking away, not buing the junk any more. I don't care if there are kids or a husband in the house. They don't need junk food either. It's only setting a bad example. As my signature says - you…

Sorry - you can't spot lose fat. Cardio and weight training is the way to go. Good luck! Steph

I steam mine for 10-12 minuts so it's still crisp/tender - not mush. Then a little ICBINB and some salt and pepper. Yummy!
