I say log it. But if you go up next Friday - log that too. I flux right now between 4 pounds. I log every Monday. If I'm up three, I log it, down 1/2 I log it.

Every PERSON is going to vary on what they burn. It's going to vary per exercise and how much you put into it! I do fish or shripm tacos. I don't use the packets of seasoning. I use cumin, chili powder, garlic, paprika, and what ever else I grab. Cook that up until done. The grocery store by my work has fresh sushi - I get the veggie rolls - they don't have rice in them so the three that some in the pack are 120 calories. Then I usually have a salad with them. I eat my salads dry. Usually about 300 calories.

My guess - I'm not a doctor - would be that you aren't eating enough. You should not eat any less than 1200 calories. And with working out you should eat some of the exercise calories. If you use the search function (a wonderful thing by the way - it avoids posting the same thing over and over) and type in a title of one of here DVD's you will find other posts on them. You can see my colarbone, and ribs, and I am the healthiest I have ever been in my life. As a matter of fact, my doctor sent me a letter to let me know how proud she was of the changes that I made. I would highly suggest not saying anything unless you know all of your facts. Just sayin. Steph

The caffeine really isn't, the aspertame or artifical sweetner is what is bad for you. But - I drink it every day. I don't have many bad things anymore - I don't drink, I don't smoke - I drink diet Pepsi - I think that I'll be ok! haahaa!

vodka and water - then put one of the crystaly light packets in it. My GF's use to drink that all the time. I think they used the fruit punch packets.
