I've been counting cals and moderately exercising for around three weeks, and I've already lost about 12-14 lbs. Log what you eat....everything you eat. Welcome! If you haven't exercised much in the past go easy on the 30 DS. I did it for 4 days and couldn't move. I have to get into better shape before I try it again. I hope you have better luck than I did.

I have the MFP app on my phone and my ipod, so I add my food while I make my plate/snack. That way I never go over, and I account for everything I eat.

I have to share that I met my very first mini goal of 8 lbs by my birthday! I'd like to be down by 15 by Halloween, and 20 by thanksgiving.

So far, my weights have been higher at night than the morning, so I only weigh in the morning before breakfast now. It is what both my doctor and my nutritionist told me to do. I haven't had my monthly cycle since I started this program, so I can't answer you on that.

I think you're supposed to do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days, and level 3 for 10 days. At least that's how I plan to do it.

I bought mini peppermint patties for my fix. One serving is 3 patties for 150 calories. I'll grab one from the fridge, add in my 50 cal and nibble on it. Yummy!

I just did day 2 level one, and I actually feel better. It was easier, although the pushups were hell with my sore muscles, but it does get easier!

I had my last Dr Pepper on Friday. I have had a headache since Saturday. I'm drinking lots of water and trying to stay busy. For me, it was best to go old turkey. I wish you luck. It's tough.

I haven't been at this a full week yet, but my weight loss is at 2 lb, and actually my water consumption is right on target. If I add to my best day, that will put me at 14 cups and I will float away.

I used to smoke before everything....literally. Also after as well. I quit in January 2009. Then gained about 30 lbs....now I'm here to lose it and get healthy!
