Hi there,
I just started a few wks ago. started with watching my food prtions and also started an exercise program. Hard at first but trying to keep motivated! Good luck to you and keep it up!
Ahhh, as for food tips, stay away from the white stuff, wheather it be bread, pasta, or whatever. Quantity is what to watch for. I got some tips from www.thebestlife.com

Fruits and veges and LOTS of them! I personally love carrot sticks with hummus, or else bell pepper with hummus for a quick snack. Also greek yoghurt (the light kind) and some honey or berries is a great snack or else some trail mix (in the right portion size though) is also great.
Pretty much for me I just slowly started to try some things and see wich I liked and incorporated more and more.0
