Mine are very similar 1/2 cup whole grain oats 1 banana 4 egg whites cinnamon chia seeds Its about 300 per serving but so good :) I love this breakfast!

You need to eat your allotted calories and also eat most of your exercise calories back!!! Diet pills #1 are a quick fix!!! They will not help you keep things off long term!!! Ditch the pills and eat more!!!! Trust me it will work!

I am just like you!!! I roll out of bed put on the clothes brush teeth and throw the hair up....I gets down and dirty...no need for makeup it just stings my eyes all the more when I sweat!

I love all those things too , and then some!!! Unfortunately I never incorporated that with physical activity as much in my life so I gained gained gained, working at olive garden and eating their food everyday didnt help either!!! Calories in calories out...its so simple why cant most people grasp this!?

My typical breakfast 1 egg 1 egg white sandwich with some al fresco chicken sausage and some cheese on a whole grain english muffin....cereal always leaves me hungry. I also alternate with whole grain oats and some dried fruit and nuts!

Do both!! Muscle burns more fat and also you shouldnt really rely on your scale. Measure yourself! This will keep you from getting discouraged!
