I would trust a HRM or any other device that actually tracks you and is unique to your specifications. MFP was saying that I burned way more than my HRM once I got it.

Get a HRM for more accurate calories burned. That is what I did :)

This happened to me today and I have read about it as well...This morning I had oatmeal with nuts and dried bluberries...that is high carb and I still smelled like amonia :(

Its simple...calories in and calories out...what works for some people does not necessarily work for others, find what works best for YOU.

You can eat your exercise calories you know? Also you need to try and throw in some strength training with your cardio :)

I love clif bars..I have turned them into the perfect pre workout snack...I eat it first thing in the morning before I head to the gym and torch about 4 to 800 calories...I also am a server so I eat them as a snack when I am at work..I usually only eat them when I know I will be expending the energy! :)
