You need to eat way more than you are eating first of all!!! If you are exercising that much you need to provide your body with the fuel it needs. I am sure you are very tired, eat back you exercise calories!!! It will make a huge difference I promise!! You dont have to eat them all back just some, also start some strength…

Someone around me in zumba was letting it rip and it was rancid !!!! Omg ! When I am jumping around in class I have been known to let some fly...fortunately they are odorless!! Or at least I cant smell em lol!

I would suggest this as well as doing some strength training 2 to 3 times a week. Try taking some fun classes at the gym. looks to me like you arent eating enough so you need to do that! Try measuring yourself as well. I havent lost anything but inches since november!

I have a son and I pretty much stay away from all of his "snacks" So I can have certain things around. Even ice cream which I love. For the most part though I can resist any temptation in the house. Not saying I do all the time, but if I do snack on some of that stuff I try to keep it at one serving.

From My opinion and from also reading several articles, it is always best to try to get most of your vitamins from your food. Also If you are exercising that much you are firing up your metabolism therefore burning through you calories quicker. Eat more ;)

Totally agree I am ravenous when I exercise alot! Which I do every week so I guess you can say I am hungry all the time!!! :)

I am afraid it might be my shoes, I always buy Nikes and I have never had a problem..I had to buy new ones because I wore out my others and since i lost weight the old ones started to hurt my foot, so I bought new ones nike airmax, I always buy those....I hope its not them :(

Yes that is very accurate but mind you that how much you weigh may vary that and also the intensity of the exercise as well. I do Piloxing and I burn well over 500 calories!
