  • I do Zumba, Piloxing, spinning, and I also do weight training as well. I think that in order to lose you need a well rounded work out routine and cardio is a part of it. I always switch up every few months and try new stuff!! Oh I also do step aerobics!
  • I use extreme wellness low carb tortillas, they are 60 cal for a 6 inch tort!!! I made one for my son too and he loved it!
  • I googled how many calories it burns which was around 250 something, which doesnt sound like a lot. Let me tell you though, I did this workout for several months and it was the only workout I did for a while. It works!!! Also you could just use circuit training because that is pretty much what it is.
