I also gain the week I ovulate in addition to the week before my period. It doesn't come off ntil a few days into my period. So there's actually only about a week that I am 'dry weight'. So that's the weight I count. My weight goes up and down constandtly by 1-3lbs..

MFP has you eating at a huge deficit already - you need a minimum (1200 per MFP) to lose weight efficiently so yes you need to eat your excercise calories in order to meet the minimum. I am 5'1 you can look at my diary. Right now I do 1400. I eat 3 meals, 3 snacks. Have gotten used to it, but I make sure I don't skip meals, if I am late on meals I get really hungry,crabby. Its worked for me so far.

Come on, can't you answer that for yourself? I don't know what your daily calorie limit is, but clearly you are eating half that at least at breakfast. Its your choice how you spend your calories. Doesn't matter if its peanut butter or salad for breakfast .
