I've always dated older...they seem to be set in their directions (this isn't bad) I am engaged to a 'boy' he's 3 years younger but is open and willing to make things work. I am an old soul and he's young and hopeful. Its a nice balance!

As honest as you would be with your brother or sister (the one you hate) Not even kidding! I strive more off of fact rather than sugar coating. Honest in regards to workout/food: I would hope that you would want to be 100%. its you that you'd be lying to if not.

Haha! don't be worried at all. When you workout not only is it a mental 'hurrah' its releasing all those 'feel good' hormones. (endorphins) Usually I try and go for a good hours speed walk in the morning to try and replace my missed workout....It'll tide you over. Give yourself an end destination and a time frame. Good…

Go to a zellers/walmart and double up for like $20. (i buy one smaller and one my proper size) It'll do much better than an under armour bra for $40-$50 or a nike for $25. I've spent sooo much money on bras to figure out that buying two is better than one!

So true. I will admit my weight gain was solely from what I thought was a 'failure' in my life....It wasn't. Its blossomed into a blessing and I've finally realized it. So here I am!!

For me i put on a 'power' song.... you know the song that for you no matter what gets you moving. I put it on and challenge myself to keep moving till the track is done. Sometimes that pushes me to go longer too!

You can play this two ways (she's looking for a game) 1) Buff up. Spiff yourself up everyday and enjoy life (as she is) and eventually go seperate ways. 2) Get a counsellor. (Their may be something to salvage) I would do option 1 and start a score board of who gets more 'hits'

I can't stand going with a friend... we just end up chatting. Try a week with a friend and a week without.... you've gotta figure out which pushes you most. You don't necessarily need someone physically beside you to push forward :)
