Tostitos are the best if your craving chips. But you do need to limit yourself. Slow down when your eating and you can really enjoy a small amount.

hey what about fruit. it can sit a few days before eating. Berries are very good. Oranges, Pears, Apples, etc.... And don't forget to drink water.
