i really should try and fit this in after yesterdays pigfest lol but not soo sure I will since I just saw this post and little mans naptime is over...instead i think i will try to do these in the pool saw some videos on planking in the pool :) water exercises are a great workout

I managed to get a 15 minute dance exercise in and then decided it was way too hot and hopped in the pool and jogged in the water for the other 15 mins so I still got a 30 minute workout in

this is gonna be a challenge for me...i get up at 330am for work in the morning and have a newborn so coffee is a neccesity that im not sure im ready to cut out just yet lol but I am going to work hard on only drinking 1 cup a day with fatfree cream and equal and drinking water the rest of the time

My weight this week was 154.7 only a .3 loss but considering im 10 weeks pregnant my main goal is to just watch my weight gain
