It's called High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT's. Raises your heart rate and burns calories more efficiently than running or walking at a steady pace. Also cuts down on workout time. :)

Not that I'm promoting it, but you CAN get pregnant, and have a healthy child while being overweight. I was in the 240-250 range when I was pregnant (and 5'4, so very overweight for my frame).
