LOL I am to old to be nursing a baby. I just thought you were having trouble adding the daily calorie goal on. Sorry might not understood the post. Good luck to you.

I think you can add your own calorie count for your daily goal. I know I did. You should loose weight faster by nursing.

I do not know you or know how to add you. I am 52 and have kept my weight off for almost 5 years. My total loss was 75lbs. I too am short. The one thing that has helped me the most to stay on track is a quote someone shared with me. Be constant it leads to success. You can do it.

I freeze left over food that I have cooked into one serving bowls. When running late on time, I have a healthy frozen dinner. So far Chicken stir fry. Goulash, and stew. Just add a salad.
