I did L1D8 today. 2 days till level 2, a little nervous for that. I can say that I already feel stronger though. Am down 3-4 pounds already.

Yup, love it. I use Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard Cake Batter. Usually mix it with water and drink it after a good workout. I've also tried their Double Rich Chocolate flavor and that was really good as well.
