Just north of Detroit, Michigan!

I log habitually and my diary is open.
-
Be my friend! I'll pay you in motivation.
-
New year, time for some new friends! Let's do it!
-
Looking for motivating friends to motivate!
-
About a fifth of scotch a month.

Feel free to add me, I love sharing in everyone's success stories!

Losing a pet is the worst =( I lost my beagle a while back and it was so hard. It took a while but eventually the memories that caused such sadness brought smiles. I still tear up thinking about her. Be thankful for the time you had with your precious pet. Sounds like he lived a good long life thanks to you.

I pay $30 a month for LA Fitness. My coworker pays $70 a month for Lifetime Fitness right up the street. That's too much for me. I went to Singapore last year and the gyms there charge $120 a month so it's all relative.

me me me!

You can buy a bag of ocean perch for around $4 and that's 80 grams of protein right there.
-
You can add me, I log daily.
-
No kiddin. $1.96 for 2lbs of chicken breast? Back up the truck!
-
If you are looking to lose weight then I wouldn't eat back the calories burned during workouts.
-
100 grams of protein in a pound of chicken breast.
-
Let the bodies hit the floor.

More friends = more motivation. Add me please!

Feel free to add me! I love celebrating in the accomplishments of others :D

Sounds like you're talking about the Electra Complex. That's a bunch of neo-Freud nonsense. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electra_complex

You'll want to drink it after the workout when your muscles are starving. Protein helps to recover and build muscle.

Definitely second Carnivale. How could they leave us hanging like that??
-
I would be honored to receive a friend request from anyone on this thread.
-
I can always use more friends! Add me =)

That's rough man, sorry about your accident overseas. Sounds like you're taking the right steps by acknowledging change is needed. Start with your diet and light cardio and work your way into a healthy lifestyle. You'll feel better mentally and physically within a few short months. Life doesn't have to be ***tty!

You've got your hands full! I only have one daughter and she keeps me busy enough lol. Your family can be a huge motivator but can also add to the challenge especially when the kids are begging for chicken nuggets for dinner or whatever. Make a conscious choice to modify your lifestyle and become healthy and great things…

You can do it! Focus on the journey and not the goal. Make healthy living a habit and everything will fall into place.
