Protein and fat goals are usually seen as minimum requirements and carbs more of a max for most people who do IIFYM. So if you go over in protein or fat - it's usuall seen as a good thing. :) You know - for the muscles.

You probably need to adjust your % of intake from the auto-set of MFP. They don't get you nearly enough protein and WAY over carb.

There's no way anyone could really tell you what weight you should start with for each exercise - you'll just have to do some trial and error and see where you are comfortable starting! Generally you should pick a weight that you struggle with a bit on your last few reps - don't use something that you're struggling with on…

100% this!! Wouldn't that be an amazing post-workout treat? Fresh hot Krispy Kreme just melting in your mouth ... mmmmmm.

You're 18 and weigh 112 pounds ... why are you trying to lose 15 pounds? If you're binging at night it's probably because your body is still growing at that age and it's hungry!

I live over in Overlea (a few exits east on 695) :)

I eat about 2050 everyday. I'm 5'4", somewhere between 130-140 (haven't weighed myself in quite some time), size 2-4, S. I lift 4 days a week (about 50-60 minutes per session) and have probably about 2-3 hours of cardio interspersed in there as well (always warm up with 11 min on the elliptical and then fit in some extra…

I don't think so! I'll be at the gym in the morning! I like to stick to my lifting schedule if at all possible, and I'll have all day to cook after so why not go? :D

1. Shut the garage/turn off the alarm/greet the insanely excited dogs 2. Ditch the suit and get on comfy clothes (season/outdoor weather pending) 3. Walk said dogs who are dying from anticipation at this point 4. Make dinner/pack lunches/avoid sitting down lest I then be unable to move for the rest of the night :)

Neuske's! It's the BEST. From Wisconsin I think, but I've found it in Baltimore.

Just went to a friends wedding where they gave us a bag full of candy and treats and stuff when we checked into the hotel. Ate a pack o whoppers when I got home from the gym this AM along with my protein shake ... noms. :) I shall continue the trend as long as it's there. Then I'll buy more. I love my mostly empty calories.

I usually have a drink at night, be it wine, beer, or liquor - whatever the mood strikes! Wine is usually my fave but sometimes you just want something else :)

Are you sure she didn't say "Newports"? A particularly disgusting type of cigarette ...:P

Les Mis and Phantom! :D

I lurv peanut butter! For my breakfast I'll mix a serving of PB2 with a tablespoon of real PB - stir it all together to get the tasty deliciousness of PB without ALL the calories.

Angel's Envy is pretty good, though I'm not sure if it lives up to all they hype. If I'm spending over 50 on bourbon I'd rather go Jeffersons Reserve myself.
-
If I'm making tuna salad I'll mix with a yogurt ranch dressing, but if I'm putting it on a salad I'll mix it with a couple tbs of salsa. Delicious!! :)
-
Whiskey - I'm a fan of Tellamure Dew, it's tasty easy drinking! Bourbon - love SO MANY it's hard to choose! Blantons is super delicious, as is Jeffersons Reserve and so many others! Scotch - Haven't picked a favorite here, have sampled around a good bit though. The Glenlivits and Glenfiddiches are usually good!
-
I looove my Brooks Glycerines! On my 4th pair now, the 11's. Love them!

I usually eat around 2000 calories or so ... no shame.

Seriously, how do you function, let alone work out? Go calculate your TDEE and go off that. I can only assume you put into MFP that you want to lose 2lbs a week - which if you only have 10 lbs to lose is way too fast. Healthy at that point is about 1/2 a lb a week. There's no need to be incredibly drastic.
-
You can't have too much protien - MFP macros are set very screwy. Sugar is also set very low, if you aren't diabetic don't worry about it. Try to get it mostly from fruit.

I just finished a couple months with this one: http://eatmore2weighless.com/heavylight-workout/ all dumbbells and worked well.

Teriyaki is a great flavor profile for Tuna! Lemon/dill for salmon or a brown sugar/soy type of thing works great as well. I prefer to pan sear my tuna and broil salmon in the oven. I'm making an interesting dish I found on food network tonight - Sicilian Pasta w/Eggplant and Swordfish (I'm using mahi mahi instead of…

The worst thing to ever hit television.

Mine is generally around 350 on weekdays and 400-500 on the weekends depending on the morning. But that 350 is pre-gym and post gym i have a 220 cal protein shake which goes in the breakfast category as well. :)

Great job! You look fantastic! Glad to see you're still enjoying life with cocktails while doing it too! :D

Sauteeing up some jumbo shrimp with a warm corn and israeili couscous salad and green beans. Mmmmmm.
