You may want to switch brands of greek yogurt - yours only has 4g of protein a serving?? That's pretty low considering Fage has 17g a serving or thereabouts.

I recently got the Polar FT 7 and I love it! Does everything I want and was reasonably priced at 65 on amazon.

Most are in the MFP database already - I merged mine together into a "recipe" :)

I had a whole grain high fiber bagel from trader joe's, lightly toasted with 2 tbsp of PB2 with a tsp of ground flaxseed stirred in and topped with raspberries. Yum!!

Mmmm Mexinese

I just got a Polar FT7 HRM myself - was debating between that and a fitbit, but I heard the fitbit isn't great for gym accuracy and that's what I was really curious about measuring. I still may get a fitbit in the future but for now I'm loving the HRM! :)

Definitely hit up Pinterest! I often will start with a lean protein and then develop a meal from there, adding in lots of veggies and some sort of whole grain starch or potatoes. It's how I developed my never fail ground turkey and rice casseroles! Mexican style or Italian style they are like stuffed bell pepper casseroles…

I'll usually alternate between leftovers from the night before and a big ol salad with tuna or some chicken. There's so many ways you can mix up salads that they never get old! And they are so refreshing in the summer! For me to portion control is easy - I enter the recipe I use into MFP and make that many portions out of…

I notice a lot of high sodium days, low on protein and from what you're eating probably low on fiber as well. Try incorporating some greek yogurt and more fresh fruits and veggies into your diet along with lean protein to get some nutrients in your diet! Canned tuna isn't much more expensive that ramen and is so much…

I plan my day in the morning and thoroughly enjoy my evening snacks. Tonight is a glass of Albarino, an ounce of Manchego, a lemon sugar cookie and a skinny cow ice cream bar. Nommmmmsssss

Check if they have a low cal menu - a lot of places do. If not, then things like chicken w/mixed vegetables and whatnot will be lower in cals. And definitely drink a TON of water today! That sodium is what'll get ya!

Oh my god thank you so much for this.

Mine is open.

I'm always above 30, usually closer to 40, sometimes in the 50's! Lots of veggies and fruits and try adding whole grains - not brown rice and bread but things like barley and bulgar and farro - they really pack it in! Don't jip yourself with those prefab bars if you don't have to. Try for the all natural things!

The recipe builder is a huge life saver. I have pages and pages of em, it's so much easier than entering individual ingredients all the time!

I don't exactly relish getting up at 4:30am everyday ... but I know that I'll get a better workout in the AM than after a long day of work - and I'll be much happier eating a good dinner that I have lots of time to prep at 7 than a thrown together concoction closer to 8. It's so nice to be able to come home after work and…

Will do these at home tonight while catching up on some TV!

Everything! Up at 4:30 to hit the gym before work like everyday, had an awesome workout, got in my 45g of morning protein (thanks to breakfast greek yogurt and post workout protein shake) and am contiuing my usual healthy day! Trying to get my sodium under control - damn you boars head turkey! But hey, it's barely over :)
-
In and done at the gym this morning in between leg sets! :D

Everyday I sneak a few mini robins eggs or mini cadbury chocolate eggs and don't log them ... it's only about 40 calories but they are so sneaky goooood. :)

Have you been to Brugge, Belgium? It's very lovely and communication shouldn't be a problem at all! Also anywhere on the Rhine or the Mosel in Germany is just lovely, especially in the summery weather. Salzburg is a bit off your past, but is a wonderful little bavarian town. And I always reccomend Prague to everyone ...…

My version of tuna salad (can o tuna, celery, carrots, pickles and some yogurt ranch), some wheat thins and stoneground wheat crackers and a diet coke w/lime, cantaloupe snack afterwards! :)

I generally have a glass of wine or a beer everyday, sometimes a few more on the weekends! As long as it fits my daily intake of calories and carbs i'm really not concerned at all with it. Just be sure to drink plenty of water to counteract any dehydration! It's not a bad thing to work out a little harder to have that…

There's a few treadmill incline workouts that I found on Pinterest that are supposed to be great for the glutes and thighs, look up the "Treadmill Brazilian Butt Workout" :)

My Italian style turkey rice casserole leftovers - ground turkey, brown rice, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, garlic, green bell pepper, zuccini, mozzerella cheese, stirred all up and baked! Sooooooo delicious and only 318 cals for a serving (1/9 of a square pan). Added an extra cup of sauteed zuccini and yellow squash for…

In my basement storeroom I have literally 6 cases or so of beer :) I like to keep a variety on hand! I love all types and especially love that my fave beer store nearby has build your own 6pack as an option so I can mix and match to my little hearts desire! I will always be a huge fan of Abita and Lagunitas, all of the…

Yes!! I gave into PB2 and I LOVE it! It's amazing. I add a tbs to my protein shake int he mornings and yesterday finally tried mixing it up with water to make peanut butter ....absolutely sensational. I highly reccomend it.

Diet Dr Pepper and a serving of leftover lasagna (made with skim ricotta, skim mozzerella, added spinach, ground turkey instead of beef and whole wheat noodles). Super delicious! And some natural Vitamin D from a reasonably warm day out!

I booted it completely for a couple weeks and now have returned to my glass a night habit. It's good for the heart right? And I can afford it in my daily calories so what's the harm? I like to pour it after dinner, dishes are done and lunches are packed for the next day so I'll be hitting the hay relatively soon and can…

Granulated garlic (just a little), basil and oregano and a little spicy pepper (red or white) plus usual fresh ground pepper and sea salt. Yummy!
