Congratulations!!! I am getting married in August! I also have had a long relationship. We will be getting married on our 10th year dating anniversary. I am also trying to lose at least 30lbs from now until the first week of August!

Thank you, I've heard this before but really don't know how to do a weightlifting routine! I guess I would have to look for a trainer or something. I'm very bad at staying at 1200 cals, I always go over by a bit but maybe I'll try to be less strict for a week and see the changes.
