Just completed W2D2 - wasnt as hard but I find myself counting the seconds until I can walk again. I use the treadmill and walk at 3 miles/hour and run at 4 miles/hour. Does this sound reasonable or am I way off? Everyone seems to be doing so much better then me by doing extra running...

Just finished W2D1 - Little harder, finished it though. I think I need to drag myself out of bed early and do this in the morning when I'm full on energy!!! : ) Great work everyone!

I finished W1D3 tonight. I had a little set back as I was doing the 30 Day Shred also and started level 2 on Saturday, my knees were so sore I could barely walk, no more shred for me. I gave it 2 days and switched up to Turbo Jam. I was worried about my knees with the C25K but I gave it a shot tonight and things are great!…

Are you only suposed to do 3 per week? Can you do this every day and go up a level each day? How does this work?

It's hard to hear something like that. It seems everyone has a breaking point that turns things around. Congratulations on your amazing progress!!! You'll have to let us know what you've been doing to get such excellent results!!!

That is a busy schedule. I would suggust a weekly schedule if you don't have advanced notice of work and school times or things change often. Pick one day a week to make a schedule for the week ahead and slot at least 3 sessions of 30 minutes of exercise time within that week and plan your meals. I find this helps…

Thank you so much for all the idea's and encouragement, this is definately new for me, and so much appreciated. I don't have family or friends who need to loose weight so I have been on my own so far, this feels better.
