I’ve recently discovered if I eat enough before noon, I can cut my evening snacking to pretty much zero. This is whole food, high fibre, healthy food. I set up a timer to water my garden automatically so I never forget, or have to worry when life happens. Veggies are growing even if I’m too busy now! Lol
