Newbie here???????? My goal is 150 miles for October! I did 102 for first time in September and shocked myself so hope to see another NSV in October!!????

Total= 3006/4000 I may have done more stairs but not much. I only counted the stairs that were part of the staircase at home. This was a great challenge. Even though I didn't finish it completely I loved it!
