    Just a question - do you guys stretch/warm up before the crunches or do you just get on with it? Is it more effective if you warm up first?

    I am not sure if it is correct, right, etc. but I do my crunches after I finish walking or swimming.

    Loved this challenge!! I don't see much difference..but I still have 100 to lose..but I feel a huge difference in my core strength????????

    Wow! At first I was a little discouraged because while I have been losing some every week or so, I haven't lost any inches from my waist lately.....BUT I've lost some from my hips and lower abdomen. I no longer fear that I'll have an apron.....I haven't lost any inches from my waist but everything below has tightened up over the last month!!!! I had a little bit of an overhang before, but not anymore!!!! :)
