I am aiming for 30-40lbs by new year. I would love to say 60 so I could be at 200 but I do not think that is a safe or maintainable weight loss? If it is please give me suggestions! haha But I am working out by swimming or walking for 1-2hrs a day and tracking my food at 1300-1700 a day so we shall see!! Best of luck to…
